  • How long does it take to get a response after we send you a quote?
    During working days we will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry.
  • Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
    We have a manufacturing plant and we also have our own international trade department and we produce and sell our own products.
  • What products can you provide?
    We mainly produce mobile lighting fixtures, including headlamps, miner's lamps, flashlights, solar power, etc., and some other specialty lights.
  • What are the main areas of application for your products?
    Our products play an important role in daily life, and our products can be applied in many scenarios, such as agriculture, fishery, mining, night work, hunting, home emergency lighting, outdoor sports, extreme sports, and so on.
  • Can you do customized products?
    Yes, we can customize products, we develop and produce products based on drawings or samples provided by customers.
  • Do you make standardized parts?
    Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some generic products. Solar panels, for example, can be supplied with a wide variety of light strings.
  • What is your company's production capacity?
    We have 3 new energy-saving and environmentally friendly production lines, as well as a semi-automatic hot lamination line and 4 product testing lines.
  • How many employees does your company have and how many of them are technicians?
    The company now has a total of more than 50 employees, including 5 professional and technical personnel, more than 2 engineers.
  • How does your company guarantee the quality of your products?
    First of all, we have a corresponding inspection after each process, and for the finalized products, we will do full inspection according to customer's requirements and international standards;
    Then, our product testing process, for the charging and discharging function of the product and other comprehensive testing. We have an advanced production laboratory, we will measure the line and voltage of each lamp.
  • What are the payment terms?
    When quoting price, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance when we see the bill of lading. Most of the payment methods are T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.
  • How are goods delivered to customers?
    Usually we ship by sea, because we are nearer to Ningbo, we can ship through Ningbo port, and it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are more urgent, we can also air freight, Yiwu and Hangzhou International Airport are very close to us.
  • Where do you mainly export your goods to?
    Our products are mainly exported to Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and other Southeast Asian countries, Tanzania, Turkey, Brazil, Russia and many other countries.
